Subscription Terms and EULA
These terms apply to Scanora Pro subscriptions purchased through Apple’s App Store.
Products and renewal
Scanora Pro Monthly renews monthly and has no free trial. Scanora Pro Annual offers a seven-day free trial to eligible Apple IDs and then renews annually. Apple’s App Store screen controls the localized price, currency, tax, eligibility, and final offer shown to you.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in your Apple ID subscription settings before the renewal date. You can restore a purchase from the app using the same Apple ID. Apple handles payment processing and refund requests.
Billing grace
Apple’s configured billing grace period may retain Pro access for up to 16 days while Apple attempts to recover a payment. Access after that period follows the verified StoreKit entitlement.
Free and Pro capabilities
Free includes camera scanning, Photos and Files import, crop, filters, page organization, local OCR and copying, App Lock, and unlimited PDF export with Scanned with Scanora on every page.
Pro adds editing tools, signatures, stamps, user-authored watermarks, irreversible redaction, PDF utilities, unbranded export, advanced OCR output, full-text library search, batch operations, Scanora library iCloud synchronization, private folders, and PDF password protection.
Documents after expiration
Expiration, refund, or revocation never deletes or locks documents you own. Existing documents and prior edits remain viewable. Free users may continue local OCR, copying, and watermarked export. New Pro-only edits, new two-way synchronization, private-folder creation, password output, and irreversible redaction require a new verified Pro entitlement.
iCloud and ownership
iCloud synchronization is optional and controlled by you through Apple. When Pro expires, two-way synchronization stops and a read-only recovery path can download previously synchronized documents for viewing or watermarked export. Recovery does not upload changes, propagate deletions, or change document ownership.
Not offered in this release
Scanora does not offer Family Sharing, a lifetime purchase, or an AI entitlement in this release.
Apple standard EULA
Use of the app is also subject to Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
